When I signed up for a VPS account with them. I was paying my previous proivder $13.90 monthly. I am paying BuyShared/Frantech $2.00 a month. It is my belief that BuyShared/Frantech will provide much better service to me than my previous provider did.

Yesterday I received a reply to my ticket within 10 minutes. On a Sunday. If that isn't quality support I'm not sure what is.

I've been using a shared account in Luxembourg since Christmas and it has been great, being on the East Coast I get speeds equivalent to what I get to Vegas.

I also got a Reseller account in Vegas as well and it's been great. Finally got some security in my various domains by separating them into their own accounts.
